Who we are
Wolfe Wear (wolfewear.shop) is operated by Dameon Wolfe Entertainment LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Products and orders
• Our merch is made to order by our production partner, Printful. Colors may look slightly different in person than on your screen, and minor variations in print placement are normal for printed apparel.
• We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is listed with the wrong price or information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
• We may change or discontinue products, designs, and prices at any time. Prices don't change for orders that have already been placed.

Payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is due when you place your order. Shopify and its payment partners process payments securely. We never see or store your full card details.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Your privacy

Intellectual property
All Wolfe Wear and Wolfe Pack names, logos, artwork, designs, music references, and site content belong to Dameon Wolfe Entertainment LLC or its licensors. You can't copy, reproduce, sell, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Buying a product doesn't give you any rights to the designs on it.

Using the site
Please don't misuse the site. That includes attempting to hack, disrupt, or scrape it, placing fraudulent orders, or using it for anything unlawful.

Disclaimers and limits
We do our best to keep the site accurate and running, but it's provided "as is," without warranties of any kind beyond those the law requires. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Dameon Wolfe Entertainment LLC is organized, and by applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its "Last updated" date, is the one that applies.
